Founded in 1967 SUPTEK A.S. is the sole manufacturer of Suptex® rotary shaft and fluid power seals operating out of Turkey. Products exported to various countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America. National distribution is carried out by exclusive distributors within the network, present throughout the country. All business operations at SUPTEK A.S. are carried out in 6.500 sqm facilities located in Istanbul. Molds and tools are manufactured in-house with CAD/CAM support at CNC machining stations. There are more than 5.000 different items within current range of products, including rotary shaft seals with shaft diameters varying from 4.5 mm (3/16”) to 960 mm (37 13/16”) made of NBR, FKM, VMQ, AEM, HNBR and PTFE; hydraulic-pneumatic seals made of polyurethane and rubber; static plug seals for gear boxes as well as rubber bellows and diaphragms. The company is well capable of collaborating with OEM technical staff, extending complete sealing solution offers, complying with PPAP requirements, running on-site diagnostics, and providing training on field. SUPTEK A.S. is an ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certified company with complementary OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications. All internal operations are managed and documented according to the quality management systems. Rotary shaft seals are produced to meet the respective specifications outlined in leading industry standards, e.g. DIN 3760, DIN 3761 etc. Well-equipped materials lab for rubber and plastics testing and application lab for rotary and hydraulic seals testing serve as a contribution to the main R&D capabilities of the company. Rubber is formulated and produced in-house. SUPTEK A.S. is capable of formulating and producing various materials used for sealing purposes according the requirements of the application.
